Abstract

This program allows bit-map operations designed for a specific display screen resolution to be used with screens having different resolutions. In this case, the WRITE SCANLINE order designed for use with the IBM 5292-2 (5292 Model 2) display screen can be used with all of the adapter/display-type combinations supported by PC/5292-2 (for the IBM personal computer (PC)). The WRITE SCANLINE order is an order or command on which the application may selectively turn display bits (individual elements of the display screen) ON or OFF. This program is part of the PC/5292-2 Host Graphics Support Program, which in turn is part of the IBM Enhanced PC/5250 Emulation Program.
