Abstract

To enable steady and easy bill mounting into the deposit gate by the teller, the bill-feeding belts in the deposit gate are automatically driven to carry the mounted batch bills to the inside bottom plate, after sensing the bills mounted. For sitting use of the teller auto-cashier, it is better to horizontally provide the bill deposit gate at the top of the box from the viewpoint of human factors. On the other hand, the mounted batch bills are required to be well arranged against the separate rollers for accurate counting. If not well arranged, the possibility of rejecting the notes which cannot be recognized well, due to skew feeding, increases and teller efficiency goes down accordingly by the need for the recovery process.
