A dummy molded member is configured with molded features to simulate an active planar printed circuit (PC) board and the multiple zero insertion force (ZIF) connectors mounted thereon. A known card on board (COB) electronic packaging system, which is mounted in suitable frame cage assembly, normally uses two spaced apart active planar printed circuit (PC) boards with multiple PC cards orthogonally mounted between the two planars boards. A corresponding multiple number of ZIF connectors of the edge connector type are affixed on each of the inner faces of the planar boards and are electrically connected to the particular board. Each connector on one board is paired and is in alignment with a corresponding one of the connectors on the other board.
