A user of an application would like to customize the display templates presented during the execution of the application, i.e., he/she wants to change the 'front-of-screen' appearance of some of the application's panels so as to make interaction with them easier. For example, the user might want to . Change the location of input fields in the display template so that frequently-used fields are at the top and seldom-used fields are at the bottom of the template. . Provide for a 'fast-path' to selectable fields by associating a Program Function (PF) key with a selectable field. . (Re)define colors of fields in the display template so as to denote logical groups, required fields, etc.
