A method for performing finished product testing of electronic systems is disclosed. Key equipment in the finished test area is a rotary rack containing eight tiers of conveyor loops. Products must be tested and run in under continuous power and moved through various positions along the conveyor for testing to be performed. A reliable power source is needed to avoid intermittent noise contributing to failures during testing. A better way to store materials on the racks was also necessary. Finally, provision for an external trigger was necessary to indicate that the test process was complete.
