As seen in Figure 1, a substrate 10 is supported by four heads, two of which are visible and identified by the numerals 11 and 12, located symmetrically, preferably one at each corner of substrate 10. Each of these heads is identical and is urged upwardly by a coil spring 13 enclosed in a casing 14. The casing and head can be adjusted vertically by an upper set screw 15 which lies within a threaded portion of the pin die 16. A backing set screw 17 locks the upper set screw 15 in place.
