In Figure 1, a hollow tip 10 has a plurality of orifices 13 through which a dielectric gel is dispensed in measured quantity between the cap 11 and the RFC 12. While the number of orifices 13 can be varied, depending upon the flow of the dielectric gel desired, the orifices are formed at a distance, called the "stand-off" distance, from the end 14. This stand-off distance is to permit a consistent flow and minimal volume of the dielectric gel.
