Cleaning methods widely used for removing flux residues from printed circuit cards, pass the cards through degreaser, ultrasonic and/or water tanks. The present embodiment, for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) printed circuit cards, uses only de-ionized water and air under pressure, which provides sufficient dynamic agitation to penetrate the tight component-to-card clearances and remove flux residues without the use of chemicals.
