Line Draw Performance Enhancements

A method is described to improve performance of the cursor draw function in DisplayWrite 3. To draw with lines, the code must know what is the character above, below, to the right, and to the left of the cursored character. If the application uses the resident Display Access Method (DAM) interface to search through the sequential text datastream, the process is very slow. A new node look-around cursor to DAM is provided which will bypass searching of the text datastream. Instead, it will go directly to the refresh buffer and read the characters above, below, to the right, and to the left of the cursored character.
