The IBM PC Network SNA 3270 Emulation Program, which, when installed on a PC in the IBM PC Network, provides the user with 3270 function to share Synchronous Data Link Control (SDLC) communication facilities to host computer systems with other users on the same PC Network. There may be up to 32 concurrent network sessions (connections) communicating with the host computers through the "Gateway." With all the network stations attached to the PC Network, a diagnostic monitor is needed to view from the "Gateway" station the communication status for each network station.
