This article describes a gripper-head 1 provided with two grippers 2A and 2B. The pitch moment of the gripper head is accomplished by a Hi- Rotor having a movement of 14.68 nm. The gripper head is provided with two fixed stops 3A and 3B at which grippers 2A and 2B, respectively, are placed in the work position. The head is provided with four electrical/pneumatic valves, two of which control the Hi-Rotor and the other two control the grippers 2A and 2B. All pneumatic air is branched integrally in the metal parts of the head except the air to the grippers which is supplied via tubes 4A and 4B. Only one electrical cable is connected between the robot and the gripper-head for feeding control signals to the valves 5.
