Abstract

A real-time multiple data editor provides integration of all data on a single page in relation to each other in dynamic editable form. The page may contain both text and non-text object sets including images, graphics, tables, annotations, and handwriting. Objects are data specific entities that the user can manipulate on the page. All objects exist within a specified boundary on the page, and this boundary is defined as the object set boundary. A problem with this multiple data format is controlling where pictures and tables will appear relative to the page borders. A solution to this problem is to provide the object sets with user definable attributes.
