An N-channel cascode tree is capable of providing any logic function conceivable with n inputs and 1 output (true/complement). The output nodes O, O are connected to supply voltage +V through cross-coupled P-channel load devices PL, PR. Means are added for reducing the signal skew which generally occurs between output nodes O and O . The skew between the output signals is caused by the discharge side of the complementary outputs which trigger the signal change. This means that the charging of one node is delayed by one inverter delay, compared with the discharging of the other.
