Abstract

A hidden cover latch is opened by inserting a spring hook through a louver or other small opening in the cover. Fig. 1 shows the cover 11 which mates to an opening in an enclosure (not shown). The base 12 of the cover mates to the wall of the enclosure by way of a number of hooks 13. The upper portion 14 of the cover carries one or more spring-loaded latches 15. Fig. 2 shows how spring hook 16 is inserted through opening 17 in cover 11, and is then used to release latch 15 from the wall 18 of the enclosure. This construction, with the exception of the coil spring, is especially suited for fabrication out of plastic.
