An enclosure for data processing apparatus has canisters hinged to its opposite front vertical corner edges, as is conventional. Upper and lower track mechanisms are mounted on the enclosure front in the space between the two canisters, and cooperating tracks are carried inside the canisters. Two rigid panels ride on the tracks and are movable inside the canisters for opening the enclosure and are movable partially out of the canisters into a closed position. The apparatus has an improved track mechanism and means for locking a panel inside its canister when the door is opened. Fig. 1 shows the door in sections, looking toward the end of the enclosure 2 with the enclosure front 3 facing to the right. The viewing position is at about the mid point of the enclosure, and the canister is not seen in this view.
