One of the basic graphic forms which is generated for display in a graphics display is the circle. Typically, a circle is drawn on a display in response to user input of the desired coordinates of the center of the circle and either the desired radius or diameter. In a color graphics display, it is also known to provide a fill function to fill in the circle with a desired color.
