Abstract

In a xerographic printer which writes or discharges the latent image to be printed, and wherein toner is deposited on the photoconductor's latent image as the photoconductor passes through a magnetic brush developer, each image area or panel of the belt has its own individual ground plane area. As a result, each panel can be individually grounded, as desired, and dependent upon the panel's location in the xerographic process.
