Abstract

It is well known that chemically active fluxes are useful when joining oxidized and dirty metal surfaces. In the highly complex electronic computer art where ceramic modules are employed, it is very important that soldering connections be as clean and uncontaminated as possible. Also, it is important that the flux employed leave little or no residue after soldering.
