Films of nickel-iron-chromium can be electrodeposited using the process described in the IBM Technical Disclosure Bulletin 21, 2494 (November 1978). The films show good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and a high magnetic permeability without inducing strain into the substrate upon which it is plated.
