High speed logic which incorporates Josephson junction devices requires that power supply signals arrive at individual logic circuits with little skew. This article discloses an "on-chip" power distribution network which reduces on-chip skew to an acceptably low level. In addition, the high frequency response of the disclosed network is excellent, and the area required for power lines is moderate.
