Control To Enable One Of Duplicate Circuits

In the circuit shown in the figure, one signal input, the lock signal, is used to differentiate one interface circuit from another. Both interfaces use duplicate circuits, and by virtue of the lock signal, the same address signal can be directed to either interface to activate only one interface output according to the decoded address and the preset positioning of the lock signal.
