Hardware Redundancy Algorithm Circuit

This circuit, used in conjunction with memory components having redundant word or bit lines, enables fixable and unfixable components to be automatically identified based on test information. In addition, the circuit also identifies the addresses of failing lines which can be used to automatically program fuses enabling replacement of defective lines. Since only one line may be replaced by the redundant line, any component requiring more than one redundant line will be unusable as an all good component. This circuit identifies such situations automatically.
