Abstract

A conventional technique for fabricating circuitry on ceramic substrates involves screen printing a conductive paste onto the substrate. Another known technique for fabricating circuitry on a ceramic substrate involves the utilization of a series of photoresist and etching operations to fabricate circuit lines which consist of layers of chrome copper chrome. It is also known that paste circuitry can be applied to both sides of a ceramic substrate. Likewise, one could apply chrome copper chrome circuitry to both sides of a ceramic substrate.
