The present structure provides means for rotating a cartridge from a position of operational engagement in the order of 90 degrees to a release position at which the cartridge is unlatched. Because the web normally carried in the cartridge has to have a relatively exact position when the cartridge is engaged, difficulties arise in pivoting or rotating the cartridge into and out of engagement while maintaining the relatively exact position of the web carried in the cartridge with respect to the engaged apparatus. To accomplish this, it is necessary to rotate the cartridge along two distinct arcs.
