Concept Search - What can I type?
For a concept search, you can enter phrases, sentences, or full paragraphs in English. For example, copy and paste the abstract of a patent application or paragraphs from an article.
Concept search eliminates the need for complex Boolean syntax to inform retrieval. Our Semantic Gist engine uses advanced cognitive semantic analysis to extract the meaning of data. This reduces the chances of missing valuable information, that may result from traditional keyword searching.

Electrical Fixture for Printed Circuit Assemblies
A technique is described for using a conductive elastomer to provide a
compressionable medium which allows for the matching of an irregular printed-
circuit assembly to a fixed head plate.
The contact points may be personalized by punching holes in the elastomer
where contact is not required. It is useful in connection with fixturing of printed-
circuit cards for testing.
The structures in the drawing include a printed-circuit assembly 1 under test.
Assembly 1 is positioned between head plate 2 and fixture base plate 3. Good
contact with studs 4 connected to tester wires 5 is assured by air bag 6 pressing
assembly 1 against conductive elastomer element 7. Apertures, such as
aperture 8, are provided where contact is not required.
