This article relates to a gas panel display for use in an environment of direct
sunlight and viewable from a wide range of vertical angles.
Referring to the drawing, gas panel display 3 is attached to cylindrical
housing 1. Viewing aperture 2 is subsequently attached to the panel housing.
This aperture is removable to facilitate cleaning and optional usage. Sealing
collar 4 is fixed to the cover panel to prevent moisture from entering the high
voltage area. The user can adjust the display by grasping aperture 2 and
rotating it to the most convenient viewing position.
