Bubble Propagation using Contiguous Propagation Elements

Ion implantation has been used to provide contiguous propagation elements for movement of bubble domains in response to the reorientation of a magnetic field in the plane of the bubble domain medium. These contiguous elements have generally been either circular or diamond-shaped. They are comprised of magnetic materials having in-plane magnetization which produce magnetic charged walls that couple to the bubble domain flux.
