Conditional Instruction Buffer Purge on SPKA

On most System/370 processors the storage key checking is performed as instructions are prefetched into the instruction (I) buffer. No storage key checking is performed as the instructions are executed from the I buffer. This eliminates the hardware cost of maintaining a copy of the storage key with each instruction in the buffer.
