Adjustable Sensing Electrode for Electrode Print Heads of Metal Paper Printers

When the wear of print electrodes in metal paper printers exceeds a particular limit, a sensing electrode provided on the print head comes into contact with the metal paper, emitting a pulse. This pulse can be used to stop the printer and to initiate a service action. As the sensing electrode is subject to slight wear, it is manually adjustable.
