A voltage threshold circuit exhibits a special hysteresis characteristic and requires a low level of power input. Referring to the figure, the overall circuit includes interconnected transistors TX1, TX2 and TX3 and resistors R1, R2, and R3, with the basic threshold circuit being formed by the transistors TX2 and TX3. Transistor TX1 provides the hysteresis effect in conjunction with resistor R1.
