Concept Search - What can I type?
For a concept search, you can enter phrases, sentences, or full paragraphs in English. For example, copy and paste the abstract of a patent application or paragraphs from an article.
Concept search eliminates the need for complex Boolean syntax to inform retrieval. Our Semantic Gist engine uses advanced cognitive semantic analysis to extract the meaning of data. This reduces the chances of missing valuable information, that may result from traditional keyword searching.

Balanced Force Vibration Isolating Vacuum Coupling
An apparatus is disclosed for coupling vacuum pumps to an electron beam
system which reduces vibration and eliminates unbalance\ forces normally
inherent in single vacuum bellows couplings.
The mechanical arrangement of components, illustrated in the figure, is
constructed of standard elbow and tee fittings along with two bellows 10
arranged between an input line 11 and an output line 12. The bellows provide
vibration isolation so that atmospheric forces upon the bellows are balanced and
neutralized, with no forces applied between the input/ output manifolds. This
enables the vacuum system to be utilized without pumpdown shock, and ensures
proper extension of the bellows.
