The above circuit provides a means for preventing a positive voltage from being applied to an FET (field-effect transistor) memory card prior to the application of the negative substrate bias voltage required on such cards. The circuit provides a unique solution which assures the proper application sequence of the power supply voltages of the card. Thus, the prime function of this voltage sequencer circuit is to inhibit power up to the card until the power supplies have reached a predetermined value.
