Quick Response High Efficient Batch Oven
Disclosed is
an energy high efficient batch oven fit for
thermal profile requirement of quick response.
Air circulation path
of heating processes and cooling ones are separated so that heat
absorption and emission to and from the wall my be minimized.
Simplified
sketches of conventional one and invented one are
shown in Figs. 1 and 2, respectively.
Air circulate through mostly
common path during both processes in Fig. 1.
Room temperature air is
taken in to cool down almost all path as well as the chamber. Heat
receipt and payment along the path wall make temperature change less
speedy.
In Fig. 2,
both paths have dedicated inlets (with HEPA filter),
outlets, fans to prevent useless heat transfer.
The path is switched
by dampers and fans according to the program enabling quick response
and high efficiency.
