Current vehicles have poor power distribution systems. The electronic modules experience a 5V voltage drop during crank and require expensive power supplies to function properly. Current vehicles do not sense battery voltage at the battery. Components were separate, no integration or thought to combine in this way. In the past voltage to modules was allowed to drop during crank. Sometimes this would cause the vehicle to not start and cause modules to set fault codes. This invention will improve the electrical vehicle distribution by providing locate sensing of the batteries and locate fusing and circuit breaker protection close to the source of power. This invention will reduce supply a regulated and stable 5VDC and 12VDC power allowing module to survive crank. Described like but not limited to a truck with a group 31 battery set with elements of the electrical system controller, alternator regulator and fusing circuit protection contained in a lightweight plastic cover aluminum alloy box having a section for batteries adn a separate section for the electronic circuit boards and fusing protection devices. This invention will combine components of fusing circuit breaker box and power regulation with the battery box. The main ideas of this innovation are: (1) composite battery box, (2) reduce the cost of electronic module by supplying a regulated and stable 5VDC and 12 VDC power, (3) improve the electrical vehicle distribution. This invention combines functions of the electrical protection systems and the battery box. The invention will consist of a constructed lightweight battery box that will resist environment and battery chemistry effects and maintain the crash worthiness of the current design. This invention will reduce the cost of electronic module by supplying a regulated and stable 5VDC and 12VDC power allowing module to strive crank. This invention will reduce the cost of electronic vehicle distribution by providing locate sensing of the batteries and locate fusing and circuit breaker protection close to the source of power. Advantages are reduced cost, provide regulated and stable 5VDC and 12VDC power, provide locate circuit and fusing protection, provide locate battery monitoring and provide CAN messaging of sensed components.
