It’s a well-known fact that the very existence of any enterprise revolves around data. The core of data processing in giant corporations is centered on the "big iron" (Mainframes). COBOL programs, being the primary engine for processing data in business applications running on mainframes, receive data from various sources - DB2 database, flat files, JCL etc. Disclosed here is a simpler process of transferring data to COBOL programs as against the current scenario.
