This idea discloses a process to determine a system's optimal set-points during the development of the system's process controls. The process described is used in the optimization of those control algorithms for which the design variables are a function of measurable noise factors. This heuristic approach utilizes DfLSS (Design for Lean Six Sigma) tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Monte Carlo simulations, and Stochastic Optimizations to ultimately provide optimized design variables. A statistical simulation is built and this is used to rapidly build a transfer function. The process will ultimately enable a feed forward control process verses a traditional feed back process through a system.
