  Disclosed is a method and system to improve and evaluate the effectiveness of meeting by assuming meeting increase productivity. When meeting owner creates a meeting in the system the meeting cost can be calculated automatically by using the number of attendees, number of meeting hours and cost rate of each person in each hour. Meeting blue money can be assigned to repeating meeting owner for certain time period (each month /quarter). Meeting owner can plan the meeting frequency, number of meeting attendees by considering the cost of meetings and meeting blue money. Automated meeting survey questions can be sent to meeting attendees. The meeting survey questions can be different meeting principles or rules. Five or ten ranking number (such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) can be used to evaluate each

principle. Each ranking number can be used to assign meeting revenue. Based on the

meeting cost and meeting revenue the meeting profit can be calculated. The meeting profit can be used as index of meeting effectiveness. The list of week meeting principles can be sent to the meeting owner who has negative or low meeting profit.
