Some messaging systems allow users to create actions and assign those actions to other users. Additionally those systems allow notifications to be set-up for those users. Such notifications are not always the most effective way to remind users about outstanding tasks or jobs. The aim of this article is to provide an alternative way to add notifications about outstanding actions to an email so that a recipient is reminded that there is an outstanding task or project that has to be completed. The article discusses adding these reminders into outgoing emails that will trigger the recipient into thinking about these unfinished tasks.
The core point is to add or substitute keywords in an outgoing mail that will trigger the recipient into remembering outstanding tasks that they have yet to complete For example the following message (E-mail 1) may result in the sender getting prompted to send a modified message (E-mail 2)
