Abstract

When creating supergroups, we need assure that any TDMA only TGs and any Dynamic TGs in a TDMA mode will utilize a TDMA capable resource. Thus when creating a supergroup for a console patch or MSEL: a) FDMA only TGs may be added to a supergroup with other FDMA only TGs or Dynamic TGs in an FDMA mode; b) TDMA only TGs may be added to a supergroup with other TDMA only TGs or Dynamic TGs in an TDMA mode; c) If any Dynamic TGs, part of a supergroup changes access type modes, the Dynamic TG must be removed from the supergroup. For example, if a Supergroup is operating in TDMA mode and a Dynamic TG in TDMA mode changes to FDMA mode, the Dynamic TG must be removed from the TDMA supergroup. Note that the Dynamic TG now in FDMA mode may be placed into another supergroup that is in FDMA mode. -See the attached MSCs for how the A7.11 system will be modified for the new supergroup operation. Note existing messaging will be used, but with new logic.
