Issue

Numerous requests from customers pertain to a sealing problem which comes from the carrier tape surface being uneven. An uneven carrier tape surface may result in a poor initial peel strength and sealing performance. An adjustment of the sealing width can avoid this issue. However, it is not practical to do this with existing sealing shoes. Making a Multi-sealing blade sealing shoe is a solution to resolve this issue which may positively affect material cost and sealing setup time.
