Document or Web pages often contain too much content. As a result, people have to scroll up-down/left - right to view certain parts on scope of screen. However, if a person wants to view both top and foot info at the same time, it is impossible to accomplish this mission with scrolling. When user read a document or browse web page, if he want to go back to see the top content, he needs to scroll up/down. With the novel method, users don't need scroll up, he just need collapse some page area on the screen, then the top content can be seen now.

In the current solution, user has the method to solve the problem.

1. Scroll up or down to see the content

2. Zoom out the current page to see the content, but the page font becomes smaller at the time
3. Capture the top content and other content and merge into one picture

A novel method is provided in the idea. User can define a area in horizon or vertical to collapse or restore with mouse when he is browsing the doc or web page on PC screen. And also the user can define the area with finger on mobile device, such as smart phones and PADs.

With the new method, user can see the top or down content without scroll up/down or zoom in/out, and keep the same document size.

In the method, the user just define two points to select the area needed to collapse, then move the finger or mouse to indicate the collapse direction. After that, the user can see the content he want to see.
