E-Verify Suggest


E-Verify services are administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, USCIS, Verification Division, and the Social Security Administration. There are many software applications which are integrated with E-verify web services through which new hire applications could be processed for E-verification. There is no intelligent system which could predict or suggest the employer various path to be followed or timelines in which e-verification could be completed if the response is other than "Employment Authorized". Currently in some E-Verify solution systems emails are sent to users in case of some error codes to correct submitted details or users are manually searching in the support documents from USCIS or going to experts or legal advisors or taking help of some forums or taking help of Customer service from USCIS.


This is a proposes to provide a system which could analyze the historical data and could suggest the average time in which such cases were resolved and immediate steps which employer needs to take that could ease the process.

 Sources of data could be E-Verify application provider's database, Government data base or the client's internal database which stores the transaction log or from internet forums.

 Relations could be drawn from past transactions with E-verify to analyze the initial responses from E-verify services and immediate actions taken on applicant data and the time in which such cases were...
