Business Integration Platform (BIP) as Marketplace (BIPaM)

Every Organization of the world is dependent on some other business organization or person for different reasons, relate by different relational names as customer, vendor, supplier, agent etc.

A Market place is a place where business units market out their product or services and customer consumes the same. Actually or physically organization gets integrated with other organizations at market place only.

The integration happens by sharing information, request, response, acknowledgement and delivery.

They communicate to each other for supply, Service, deliver, feedback, promote or inform etc. So there is a businesses need to be integrated with several other businesses flexibly to get supply, service, deliver, feedback, do promotion or inform etc.

There is a need of integration out of Enterprise system and should be very much loosely coupled. Very easily and flexibly changed, altered, managed and governed. We understand with the time the business partner status and focus may change, partner selection policy may change etc, so there is a need of integration approach which takes care of these changes.

IT and operational maturity of different Organization differs highly. One may be completely manual and other may be fully structured. In this situation also the solution should be viable. With time also the IT maturity of the organization changes that should be easy to handle without disturbing the B2B integration.

Many organization is providing SOA as a B2B&C integration approach. Some where SOA is provided in cloud too. We studied many application or services of that category few have pointed out some gaps, and tried to work on these to improvise. They were able to provide some better solution then their earlier ones.

Few existing solutions, integrate on premise, in the cloud for many B2B integration needs. These are providing advanced workflow and BAM capabilities, Message handling and archival services, EDI data validation and functional acknowledgment reconciliation, unsurpassed service and support, a full menu of managed, professional and consulting services. Although all are not available in every one.

But we found that existing solutions, follows the conventional methodology of integration which, do not support out of the box Enterprise Architecture integration, do not handle the B2B integration irrespective of the IT maturity of the organization, do not provide any deployed available service as platform.

Improves collaboration with only existing partners at the time the system is designed and developed. It automatically does not get integrated with the same type of business organizations which joined the market later then the integration activity

Existing solutions accesses system of different organization to integrate, involves some development, deployment and investment for the integration purpose and no changes
