In this disclosure, we have developed novel high performance 3 layer structures for winter greenhouse film using EscoreneTM Ultra EVA resin (EVA) and EnableTM metallocene polyethylene (mPE), supplied by ExxonMobil Chemical Company, Houston, TX. The solutions offer a series of benefits:
Excellent thermicity required to maintain greenhouse temperature level and shorten plant maturation period.
Superior film optics required for plant growth assisting to increase the temperature in the greenhouse.
Enhanced creep resistance and toughness required to provide winter greenhouse film with better sustainability.
20% downgauging opportunity to provide more economical solutions.
Blending of EVA and mPE in the core layer to provide more economical solutions.
