System and Method to Suggest Managers during Bulk Hiring

When candidates are hired and join the company in large numbers; it is extremely difficult to assign  employees to managers who would be able to bring out the best performance from the candidates.  Most of them a random draw of lots is used to assign candidates to managers.  This article looks to  address this issue by determining the most optimal pairing of employee and manager that will yield high  performance and improve employee engagement.

For a candidate to be assigned to the right manager we also need to know the manager behavioral  assessment as well as his priorities or categories or qualities that he is looking in an individual that will fit  into his group. Assume that the managers are given a list of 10 categories where he need to rate them  according to his priorities and based on the results of each manager and the candidates assessment  results have to be compared and matched to see where the candidate fits in to the right team for the  appropriate manager.

Managers and selected candidates profiles and behavioral assessments will then be uploaded into a  system. The System will then analyze and find the ideal manager to the new joiners. This will  accomplished by the below set of features and algorithms:
