#Background: 1. Mobile play an important role in people daily life. 2. Receive many call every day, advertising call (insurance/agency/...) takes up large percentage. 3. The growing telecommunications fraud

#Problem: 1. When receive a Call

Don't know the caller when he or she is not in your contact list Don't know if the caller is trusted or not (display fake phone# ) Don't know the objective of this call. Sometime don't want to answer the call even if we know the caller.

2. When miss a call Don't know if need call back?

Key Idea: #1: Name card: Make a name card (only do one time) which is issued by supplier. Name card which contain digital signature of supplier, it can be verified.

Public part: name, phone# ( optional: address, job etc.) Private part: ID# etc.

#2: Voice message. Make a voice message when make a call to brief describe your purpose of this call. Voice is an unique information which can recognize people. #3: When make a call, new option is to send #1 (name card) and #2 (make a new voice message) with call. #4: When receive a call, #1 (name card) is displayed, also name card is verified by supplier automatically, and show the result if name card is trust or not. Also #2 (voice message) can be played automatically (eg, as ring).

#5: When open a missed call, #1 (name card ) can be displayed, also #2 (voice message) can be played again. So user can decide if need call back based on #1 and #2.
