So whenever an accident occurs or a breakdown happens, people contact their insurance service providers for repair claims. This is mostly a manual process. Here an intelligent mechanism is needed to monitor the breakage or failure in the system and then communicate it runtime to the insurance provider. Also the system will help the insurance companies to analyze the damage and run analytics over previous damages, to guide the vehicle to the nearest workshop where it can be fixed with best quality and cheapest price. In the meanwhile insurance providers would be able to analyze the cause of accidents and check for repeat patterns to take decisions while selling policies or framing contracts. Invention proposes a mechanism to be able to identify the damage done for machinery or body from a 3-dimensional aspect. Based on it find out nearest service providers which could service the damage with best quality and cheapest price.

Advantages: All the data of damage is captured with the insurance provider, with 3-D image of what has happened.

This establishes authenticity of the damage done and avoid any fake claims. Insurance provider are able to control their cost being paid for repairs. As they would be able to analyze the damage and route vehicles to service providers for best repair and cheapest price. Insurance provider to be able to be able to identify the repeats of behavior leading to accidents. Based on which insurance providers could issue warning or take decision to either not to sell contract to that individual or re-write it with those caveats. Capturing the 3-dimensional deformity in the vehicle body. And at runtime communicate the same to

insurance providers. Analysis of the damage data based on which, to analytically find the closest, best and cheapest

service provider. Instead of user taking the vehicle to any vendor of his choice. Analyze the video and voice before and at the time of accident, to provide insurance provider an

A solution that would take into account the driver, his past experience and the car condition. The implementation mechanism would be to have the sum insured amount vary based on the person driving the car, wherein the premium is fixed. So if a person does not have any history for driving a particular type of car his insurance sum assured would be low. Whereas as he keeps driving the same car, and analyzing his comfort factor the sum insured amount would increase to the maximum for which insurance has been taken care of. The comfort factor would be derived using smart devices which analyze the emotions, verbiage spoken and body language.
