Many a times, people have a difficult time comprehending data and information when it is in certain format or formats that they do not prefer. For example, when a user sends a bunch of statistics/data in a long paragraph to a reader/receiver it may be difficult for some receivers to understand the data. Hence, there is a need for a system that allows a user to dynamically generate and modify the appearance of any formatted data into a format that would improve the user’s comprehension. Disclosed is a system and method that allows users to dynamically transform the formatting of a shown/presented data into a format that would improve/ease the user's comprehension or understanding capabilities. The system incorporates a natural language processing engine for analyzing information from a given content which can be represented into other formats such as but not limited to multi-point statements, lists, numbers, graphs and charts or graphical representations etc. According to an embodiment of the invention, the system identifies text or data or information present in a content with potential to be formatted differently, following which the system provides the user an option to choose or prefer as to how the user would like to receive the information, for example but not limited to table, bullet list, graphs and charts or graphical representation etc. Further, in response to user’s choice the system dynamically transform the data into the preferred format.
