In retail store it is easy to know what customer purchased. But it is difficult to gather information about what customers "searched" or "explored" or "liked". For e-commerce site it is easy to know what customers searched or explore or liked as customer browse through various products in catalog, read reviews, technical specification and mark product as like and can add to shopping cart. But in retails store gathering these details is difficult.

Method : A Process to gather information about what customer "searched" or "liked" in the retail store through RFID tags and RFID reader and using voice.

Implementation : 1. All the products in the retail store should have RFID tag suitable for short range. 2. There need to be a RFID reader in shopping cart and it need to mapped with customer as customer carries shopping cart in the store. 2. As customer walks into store she/he can be providing with a device which has RFID reader and a microphone. Device need to be small and wearable around wrist like watch. 3. Map customer ID/Loyalty card with RDIF reader before customer walks into store. 4. RFID reader should have very narrow range to read RFID tags. 5. Wearable device need have capability to stream real time data received from RFID reader and microphone to central server located in store. 6.
