No one wants to provide private information, because we never know how those data is saved and used. However, the user must provide the reachable information for the delivery person to contact. How can user protect their private phone number from being abused by marketers and other Internet-based hooligans? Core idea/Claims 1) A proxy number that is managed by PBX directly instead of additional servers, which is more secured. Only telecom manages it. 2) The proxy number life cycle integrates with business transaction process.
